Hi there, welcome to my page. To start, my name is Emily and I am based in the Pacific Northwest. However, if you are wanting to take me to Hawaii for your destination wedding, I can have my bag packed in 10 minutes! I have been a photographer in all kinds of different situations; Weddings, engagements, family portraits and senior photos. I've dabbled a little of everywhere, thank you, high school yearbook class.
While I've done a lot of different events for photography, I always strive for two particular things:
1. Making sure the individual(s) I am working with feel a sense of ease while I am sticking a camera in their face. Whether I am making a fool of myself or reminding you of how amazing you look, I do the absolute most to make you and your loved ones feel as relaxed as possible in those capturing moments. 2. During your shoot, we aren't doing the awkward, forced posing. I want you dancing around, laughing, making faces at me or your loved ones that lead to belly-aching laughter. I will tell you if the way you are holding your arm looks a bit awkward and I will fix your hair or dress as many times as needed to make sure nothing is pulling focus from you and yours.
I am also a photographer that will be honest with you if I think someone else in my field may be a better fit for your needs, depending on exactly what you are looking for. I am always willing to provide recommendations for other photographers in the area if my schedule doesn't work for you or maybe the style you are seeking is something I know someone else does better than me. You deserve the best photographer for you!
